Deliveries

How does the delivery process work?

During the checkout process, please enter your address into the Billing Details. If your Delivery Address is different than your Billing Address, please place the Delivery Address in the Additional Informational – Order Notes field.

After you place an order and send your payment, please allow a 3 Hour Delivery window.

    Select a product from our shop page and click “Add to cart”. Then you can view your cart and hit “proceed to checkout”.

    If you did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please check your e-mail spam folder. If you still cannot find it, don’t hesitate to drop us a message using the Contact Page.

  • How do I use a coupon code?

    During the checkout, search for the “Coupon” area. Enter the code and click ‘Apply Coupon’.

  • How can I cancel or change my order?

    Once you have placed the order, you may contact us directly –  or  to check if the order can be adjusted or canceled. However, if an order is already out for delivery, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
